Client Responsibilities: a. Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their child's sleep habits and health. b. Clients are responsible for adhering to the sleep plan and recommendations provided by the Consultant. c. Clients acknowledge that the success of the sleep training process may rely on their consistency and commitment to the plan.

Payment, Refund Policy, and Product Usage Agreement: a. Payment terms and fees for consulting services are outlined separately and must be agreed upon before services commence. Refunds are not available for the sleep program or products offered by Well Rested Babies. While perfect sleep cannot be guaranteed, following the outlined information assures improvement in your child's sleep patterns. Clients agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the services or products provided by Well Rested Babies without express written permission.

Confidentiality: a. Both the Consultant and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the consulting process.

Limitation of Liability: a. The Consultant is not responsible for any harm or damages resulting from the services provided, including changes in the child's sleep patterns or behaviors. b. The Consultant's liability is limited to the cost of the consulting services provided.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trinidad and Tobago.

Amendments: a. These terms and conditions may be subject to change or modification, and clients will be informed of any updates.
