Learn how to calm a fussy baby.
Understand your baby's sleepy cues.
Help your baby to fall asleep independently.
Learn how to get longer stretches at night.
Learn how to create realistic, flexible age appropriate daytime routines.
Understand sleep regressions.
Learn to be confident with your newborn and ENJOY the newborn stage!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN?

60-90 minute virtual consultation.
Virtual Nursery assessment.
E-mailed sleep plan (PDF).
Three 30 minute scheduled phone consultations valid for 3 months after purchase date.

ADD-ON SUPPORT

One 30 minute call (for existing clients): $30US
1 extra week log review and Whatsapp support (for existing clients): $100
Siblings: 10% off 2nd child.
In home support, based on availability and location. (Currently serving Trinidad and Tobago):

4 Hour Bedtime support (6pm-10pm): Chosen sleep package plus $300US

Half night stay (6pm - 12am): Chosen sleep package plus $500US

Full night stay (6pm - 6am): Chosen sleep package plus $1000US
